Station Chat Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Software Licenses
Station Chat is supplied as digital software and may provide immediate access to licensed functionality after activation.
Because activation provides immediate use of the licensed product, eligibility for a refund may be limited once a license has been activated or materially used, except where required by applicable law or where Station Chat materially fails to perform as described.
2. Technical Problems
If a genuine technical problem prevents Station Chat from operating substantially as described, contact us at:
Please provide, where available:
- order or license reference;
- Station Chat version;
- description of the problem;
- steps to reproduce the issue;
- relevant diagnostic information.
We will normally attempt to resolve the issue before determining whether a replacement, extension, account credit or refund is appropriate.
3. Change-Of-Mind Requests
A change-of-mind refund may be considered if requested within 7 days of purchase and the license has not been materially used or deployed.
Approval of a change-of-mind refund is discretionary unless applicable law gives you a mandatory right to a refund.
4. Activated Or Deployed Licenses
Activated, deployed or substantially used digital licenses are normally non-refundable except where:
- required by applicable law;
- Station Chat materially fails to perform as described and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved;
- we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Subscriptions And Renewals
Where recurring billing or renewal is offered, customers may cancel future renewal before the next renewal date.
Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally create a refund for an already-started license or subscription period.
6. Promotional, Custom Or Enterprise Arrangements
Promotional, discounted, custom, enterprise or specially negotiated purchases may be subject to additional written terms agreed at the time of purchase.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
